Thank you for your order. Please confirm that your package has arrived, and tell us how the unboxing went.

Four things to check

One number ties your ring together. It should read the same in every place below.

• The laser inscription on the girdle of the centre stone.
• The code inside the ring band — the last four digits of the report number.
• The IGI report enclosed with the ring. You can verify the number yourself at igi.org.
• The video we filmed while packing your parcel. Ask us if you have not received it.

Confirming receipt

Reply to your order email, or write to contact@qiora.ca with your order number. One line is enough. If you are happy to share unboxing photos or a short clip, we would love to see them.

If something is not right

Tell us straight away, before the ring is worn, and send a photo of what you are seeing. We will work it out with you. The terms that apply are set out in our Refund Policy and in the written quotation you received.
