Before You Buy

Use this checklist to separate reference inspiration from a confirmed item and to make sure the final order matches your priorities.

Choose your route

Buy an available item: use the product page to review current media, listed specifications, price and selectable options.

Request a sourced or bespoke piece: send the preferred shape, size, quality range, metal, ring size, budget, timing and any reference style.

Confirm before payment

  • Whether the item is available, sourced or made to order
  • The exact stone and grading-report details when a report is listed
  • Metal, setting, dimensions, finish and ring size
  • Price, taxes and any delivery charge
  • Expected production or dispatch timing
  • Shipping, return, cancellation, resizing and after-sales terms for that order

Understand the media

Product-page media should show the actual item unless labelled otherwise. Catalogue videos are past work or reference styles and do not confirm current inventory.

Inspect the diamond

Review transparency, undertone, fluorescence, proportions, symmetry, polish, facet pattern and light performance—not only the 4Cs. See the Diamond Guide for the full checklist.

Ring size

Send the sizing system and how the measurement was taken. For a made-to-order piece, wait for written confirmation of the size that will be used.

Browse available pieces or ask before you buy.
