Reserve your viewing with a CAD $500 deposit. This is not the full price.

A centre stone flanked by two pear-cut side diamonds. This design is one of our in-stock pieces. You can order this exact design, or the same design in a larger or smaller carat. Side stones are priced separately from the centre stone and are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

How this works

1. Choose your carat and colour above and place the CAD $500 deposit.
2. We contact you within 24 hours and book a viewing time with you. Viewing hours are 10:00–17:00 China time, where our stones are held.
3. At your appointment we send you live video of the actual stones we have in your specification that day. You choose the one you want.
4. We confirm your final price in writing, you pay the balance, and we begin making your ring.
5. When it is finished we send you photos and video of the completed piece before it ships.

• Clarity: VVS and VS1 only
• White diamonds: D colour only
• Fancy colours: available in a range of tones and intensities — you choose what you like on video
• All stones are lab-grown

About certification

Certification is optional and is arranged after your piece is made. If you would like an IGI report, tell us when you confirm your order: the finished piece is submitted to the laboratory, and the report is issued and shipped together with your ring. This adds time to your delivery, and we will tell you how much before you decide. Pieces ordered without certification ship sooner.

Deposit terms — please read before ordering

• Before work begins: if we cannot reach you, we follow up after about one week. If we still hear nothing, your deposit is returned in full automatically. No work has started, so nothing is deducted.
• After your ring is made: if you do not request changes within 24 hours of receiving the finished photos and video, it is treated as approved and shipped. Changes requested after shipping are a new order at new cost.
• Your deposit is applied to your final balance.
