We ship worldwide from our facility with complete tracking and insurance.

Free International Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

All customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Complete Timeline: 14-25 Business Days

Total delivery time = Production + Shipping

Step 1: Diamond Selection (1-2 days)

For orders 1 carat and above, we hand-select your diamond and send photos/certificate for approval.

Step 2: Handcrafted Production

Standard Products (Under 1 Carat):
Processing: 2-3 business days
With engraving: 5-7 business days

Custom Products (1 Carat and Above):
Production: 7-10 business days

Step 3: International Shipping (7-15 days)

Fully insured delivery with real-time tracking. All orders are video-documented during packing for your protection.

Express Shipping

Upgrade to express shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout for $50.

Customs & Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total.

We handle all customs clearance on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to United States (all 50 states) and Canada (all provinces). We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security reasons.

Signature Required

For orders over $5,000, signature confirmation is required upon delivery for your security.

Delivery Issues

All orders are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.
